PINEWOOD COUNTRY HOUSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY



When we take your booking we are agreeing to reserve the room or rooms for you, to the exclusion of all others, for the dates you request. In return we rely on guests who have made bookings in advance to give us fair notice of cancellation.

We ask that cancellations are made as soon as possible and preferably by the person who made the original booking. Cancellations can be made by telephone but must always be confirmed in writing, by e-mail or letter.

Please note that no refunds are given in the event of early check outs and the full amount of the original booking remains payable.

We advise guests to consider taking out relevant Travel Insurance to cover costs incurred due to late cancellation.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

We will make every effort to re-sell the accommodation booked. If this is unsuccessful , the following will apply:

For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival, no charge will be made, however any deposit paid to secure the room(s) will be forfeited.

For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the date of arrival a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. In addition, any deposit paid to secure the room(s) will be forfeited.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival the full amount of the original booking will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. In addition, any deposit paid to secure the room(s) will be forfeited.

NON CANCELLATION OR GUESTS NOT ARRIVING

Guests failing to notify us of a cancellation or not arriving on the due date will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the original booking. This will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.

Guests making a booking with us shall imply their acceptance of these cancellation terms.
